The foundation of my career in title insurance began in 1988 when I learned to conduct real estate settlements at 21. I worked for Pennsylvania Abstract for 7 years. In 1998 I was fortunate to join another fabulous team, and conducted settlements for American Land Transfer, Buckingham, PA, for 11 years.
This established my passion and talent for title insurance. I consider it an honor and a privilege to be a part of a person’s life whether they are buying, selling, or refinancing their home. It is as important as getting married and/or having a baby. As they say, home is where your heart is and such is to be treated with great importance.
Bolton Abstract, Inc., opened its doors on October 1, 2019. The title agency is owned by me, Lisa Bolton; licensed title agent.
